Miss Elegance Mothers of the Year Pageant 2013

IF YOU ARE A MOTHER & ARE BETWEEN THE AGE OF 18-40 & ARE NOT AFRAID TO SHOW OFF YOUR MOTHERLY SKILLS OR TO BE ON STAGE, THEN JOIN OUR MS ELEGANCE MOTHER P,

AGREEMENT CONTRACT

Delegates `must be between the ages of 18-40 to be liable to participate in this show.

Delegates will be pre judge on their punctuality of been on time to practice, outing and media interview for a overall of 10pts, delegates must be discipline, respectful, obedient, have a good understanding, friendly, corporative, motivated, good leadership skills, intelligent, flexible, and have a good personality to be a Queen.

All delegates are require to attend all outing and media interviews.

Each delegates is required to pay a Registration/Commitment Fee per person $50 USD (Fifty Dollars)

Delegates will all have to learn a dance choreograph routine for the opening introduction for the show.

Delegates are required to prepare a short 1 minute introduction video introducing them self. This video will be judged by the number of I like on our event page Facebook and the winner will win a prize

Delegates are allow 2 person backstage.

Delegates will receive a prize for most ticket sold.

All delegates is require to return all tickets 3 days before the prior date of the event.

Any tickets missing delegates is responsible to pay the cost of the tickets.

Each delegate will receive 1 free invitation for the show.

For each pack of ticket sold by delegates they will receive 1 free invitation to the show.

Delegates are required to send back these documents of requirements before the end of March 2013:
- A Copy of Passport
- Facebook name
- 1 pictures of a close Up and 1 picture of your entire body
- Profile Form fill out and send back
- A 1 min. Introductory Video (base on delegates full name’s, date of the show, venue & location, ShowTime and a lil slam)

The Organizing Committee will provide the Following:
- Introduction outfit
- A Photo shoot with all delegates
- Sashes & number tag.

All delegates are require to be present on the night of the show by 6pm.

Delegates are require to provide their own props.

Delegates will have a maximum of 6 minutes on stage for each segment any longer will be a deduction of 10pts.

All delegates are require to attend dress rehearsal on Friday evening on June 14th at port de plaisance.

Miss congeniality will be judge a monde the delegates themselves on the night of the dress rehearsal.

Delegates must prepare a label CD with all their songs compose and arranged in order of the line up of the segments for the show (Delegate name and songs in order).

Delegates must have a description for all their segments in black and white typed and giving on the night of the show before the show begin.

Delegates must be on cue for their appearances or else 10 points will be deducted from their segment if judges have to wait or show is hold up, We will be force to skip delegates.

Delegate will be disqualify from the show if rules are not respected or if delegates doesn’t attend practice, outing, interviews without a excuse.

The Winner of Miss Elegant Mothers Pageant will be reliable to us for 1 year and will represent us in any event or media appearance and the queen will become a join member on our organization committee.

PRE- EVENT

BLACK CARPET COCKTAIL PARTY On Friday, May th 2013 @Princess Casino. ShowTime: 8pm.
A pre show will be put in place by all delegates which will commence with a Opening Introduction & Presentation by all Delegate in a all Black outfit which will not accumulate any points, then fallow by our first judging segment of the pageant COCKTAIL WEAR

1. Opening introduction & presentation which each delegate is require to wear all black wear and this will not accumulate any points from the judges. Each delegate will presentation speech should not be no more than one(1)° minute maximum

2. First Appearance COCKTAIL WEAR: (100 PTS). Speech base on been a MOTHER is deliver in this Segment and each delegate is require to execute their speech in three(3) minute duration any longer will be a deduction of 10 points.

PAGEANT NIGHT

Each Delegate is require to wear their sash, number tag and is also required to introduce themselves to the audience in one (1) minute, This segment will not be accumulating any points, all outfit will be provided by organizing committee.


1. Second Appearance CAREER WEAR: (100 pts.) Each delegate will deliver their Speech in this segment
